We prioritize cooking seasonal products from scratch in our atelier, reducing the need for processed foods, and promoting healthier, more sustainable options. We try to source Bio products as much as we can. We also offer a Bio-event on demand.
On-demand production
To minimize waste, we produce food only on demand and according to the specific number of participants at each event.
